Senior Motion Graphic Artist & Lead
2022 – Present
At Hike, I lead the end-to-end creative development of
motion graphics and video communication for one of India’s
leading real money gaming platforms. My role spans from
conceptualizing and scripting to storyboarding, animation, and final delivery, ensuring every asset effectively drives user acquisition, engagement, and brand consistency.
In addition to creative execution, I serve as a team lead, mentoring and guiding motion designers while fostering a collaborative environment that balances innovation with efficiency. I oversee project pipelines, establish design standards, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple campaigns running in parallel.
I have also been instrumental in integrating AI-driven workflows (such as AI-assisted video generation, scripting, and voiceover tools) into the production process, which has significantly optimized timelines and reduced costs without compromising quality. By collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and marketing strategists, I ensure that every piece of content is aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.
This role has strengthened my expertise in creative leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and process innovation, preparing me to take on more strategic responsibilities at a senior level.
