GetMega work Highlights

As a senior motion graphic Artist
For one and a half years I worked as a senior motion graphic Artist, where my responsibility was to handle end to end process of video i,e Ideating, scripting, Illustration, offline and final output.
As a Lead
Within two years, I got a team of 2 animators to handle the projects.
I played the role of leader as well as manager. My role was to define the project, set the goal for animators, and give them full freedom to use their creativity in the best possible way.
I helped them by guiding them if they were stuck and also exposing them to software hacks and shortcuts. Providing assets, coordinating with graphic artists, and music composers, and getting to the final outputs
Character Animation Workflow Optimisation:
One of the biggest challenges we faced was, creating smooth and expressive character animations within a tight production timeline. With multiple characters, including a cat and three main protagonists, manually animating every movement frame by frame would have been time-consuming and risked inconsistency in their expressions and gestures.
The need for efficiency, while maintaining a high level of visual appeal, pushed us to find a smarter workflow for rigging and animation.

To overcome this, I built advanced rigs using Puppet tools and Joysticks ‘n Sliders, giving each character a flexible and reusable setup. This approach allowed us to animate complex facial expressions, body movements, and interactions quickly without redrawing or over-keyframing. The rigs not only saved us significant production time but also ensured smooth, consistent animations across all scenes. By leveraging this method, we were able to focus more on storytelling and character performance rather than repetitive technical tasks.
